Rosemary

Rosemary is a wonderfully fragrant herb to prinkle the leaves on baked vegetables and veal.Use the sprigs as skewers for prawns.Great for flavouring vinegars, oils and salad dressings.

Keep fresh rosemary in plastic bags in the refrigerator.
