HACCP
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) compliance is a management system ensuring a preventive approach to food safety and biological, chemical and physical hazards in the production process is maintained to ensure the distribution and consumption of finished product to be safe.
Freshcare: Food Safety & Quality Standards
The Freshcare Food Safety and Quality Standard ensures Holla-Fresh maintains excellent agricultural practices, best management criteria, and specific food safety requirements for the production and packing of fresh produce on-farm.
Freshcare: Supply Chain Standard
The Freshcare Supply Chain certification acknowledges the critical component of our fresh produce operation operates at a global standard, of the safest and highest quality from paddock to pallet, to plate.
FairFarms
The Fair Farms certification demonstrates our commitment to fair and ethical employment practices to their customers, workers and the community and compliance with workplace laws.
Fair Farms is developed and implemented by Horticulture peak industry body Growcom, with support from the Federal Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, AUSVEG, Fresh Markets Australia and the National Farmers Federation Horticulture Council.
Biosecurity: Plant Health
The Primary Industries & Regions SA (PIRSA) Biosecurity program protects our natural environments and sustains the health and wellbeing of our plants to reduce the risk of pests and diseases that threaten South Australian crops and our economy.
