Holla-Fresh Rocket is a slender salad green, deep green in colour and high in potassium, iron, and vitamin C.

It has a spicy, bitter flavour that compliments other salad leaves. The older and larger the leaves are, the stronger the flavour will be.

Rocket also has a high nutritional value, and can be used in all salads, stir fries, with vegetables, and as an alternative to lettuce in burgers.

How to store Rocket:

You can store rocket in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to a week.

Rocket and Herbed Fetta Cheese Salad

200g fetta cheese, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons of seeded mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons each of chopped fresh herbs, such as - chives, marjoram and oregano
1 bunch rocket, washed and dried

Place cheese, seeded mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and fresh herbs into a bowl and combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve tear rocket leaves into small pieces and place into a large bowl.
Add the fetta mix, toss well and serve.
